ABBOTT
We worked with our strategic partner, Closer to Brands, to help develop the positioning and brand identity for Abbott's global patient support program. Our process included designing research stimuli to communicate multiple propositions in focus groups and allowed us to witness firsthand the insights gathered during these sessions and subsequent analysis. This level of involvement always gives us a clearer understanding of the job design needs to do.
Material included patient booklets, website concept, magazines, icons and full brand guidelines detailing how the design can work in multiple countries around the world.
